DESCRIPTION

7-1534796-0 is a 10-position female connector for the AMP DUO plug 2.5 Mark II IDC connector system designed for appliance applications. The connector features a housing material of PA 6 GF (polyamide 6 glass-filled) rated UL 94 V-2, with phosphor bronze (CuSn) contacts that are tin-plated for reliable electrical performance. It supports wire ranges of 0.22 mm² (7-strands, tin plated) and 0.35 mm² (12-strands, tin plated), with a maximum current rating of 10 A at ambient temperature. The connector meets UL 94 V-2 flammability standards and passes the Glow Wire Test (GWT) at 750°C without flame, ensuring safety in high-temperature environments.
