DESCRIPTION

The 6-968974-1 is an 18-position blue unsealed 2.8 mm receptacle housing designed for the AMP MCP (Multiple Contact Point) interconnection system used in automotive electrical and electronic applications. The housing is constructed from PA 66 GF13 material and features CuSn4 contacts with tin plating, providing high reliability and corrosion resistance for long-term use in powertrain, safety, and body systems.
