DESCRIPTION

6-520353-0 is a TRIOMATE horizontal cable entry connector designed for flexible printed circuits (FPC) or flat flexible cables (FFC) on 2.54 mm (0.100 inch) centers. This 20-position lead-free connector features a glass reinforced polyester housing with phosphor bronze contacts finished in matte tin. The connector accepts cables with a thickness range of 0.127 to 0.381 mm and is designed for 1.57 mm thick PCBs. Sequential contacts reduce cable insertion force, while stand-offs prevent solvent entrapment and lead-in pins facilitate ease of board insertion. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable FFC/FPC connections with bidirectional conductor orientation capability.
