DESCRIPTION

The 63561-1 is a Type B wire splice terminal manufactured by TE Connectivity for joining and terminating electrical wires in appliance and magnet wire termination systems. This tin-plated brass splice features a wide wire range acceptance capability, accommodating wire gauges from 10 to 15 AWG (5.00 to 11.50 mm²) with solid wire diameters of 100 to 125 mils (1.30 to 1.50 mm) and circular mil area (CMA) ratings from 10,000 to 16,000. The terminal has a stock thickness of 0.080 inches (0.30 mm), a crimp width of 0.182 inches (4.57 mm), and an overall length of 0.267 inches (6.78 mm). This splice is commonly used in appliance wiring, motor terminations, and other industrial electrical assemblies where reliable wire-to-wire connections are required, offering excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength through its serrated design.
