DESCRIPTION

The 6-1394461-3 is a neutral male connector designed for the SOLARLOK interconnection system used in photovoltaic applications. This connector is specifically engineered for 2.5 mm² / 14 AWG wire sizes with an insulation outer diameter range of 4.5 to 6.0 mm (0.177–0.236 in). Unlike polarity-keyed variants, the neutral male connector incorporates no keying features and may be freely mated to either "+" or "-" keyed female connectors, making it suitable for serial connections where polarity maintenance is not critical. The system operates at a maximum voltage of 1000 V (600 V for UL applications) with a maximum current rating of 25 A at 85°C, and functions reliably across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This connector is ideal for interconnecting firmly fixed cables in solar panel arrays, roof tile installations, and panel-to-inverter connections in photovoltaic systems.
