DESCRIPTION

5188516-9 is a Hard Metric backplane PCB mount header designed for traditional backplane architectures in board-to-board applications. It features 77 positions arranged in an 11 column by 7 row configuration with a 2 mm (0.078 in) centerline pitch, mounted vertically on printed circuit boards. The connector utilizes gold-plated pin contacts with a plating thickness of 0.076 µm (3 µin) and supports both power and signal transmission. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, this Z-PACK 2mm HM connector is ideal for high-density backplane systems in telecommunications, industrial control, and computing equipment where reliable multi-position interconnection is required.
