DESCRIPTION

5176381-4 is a 100-position plug assembly connector from TE Connectivity's CHAMP Series I, designed for board-to-board interconnections with right-angle PCB mounting. The connector features a 1.27 mm (0.05 in) centerline pitch, gold-plated mating contacts with 0.3 µm plating thickness, and tin-plated solder tails with 1 µm plating thickness for reliable electrical connections. It operates at up to 250 VAC with a maximum contact current rating of 1 A, and is housed in black nylon with glass fiber reinforcement (UL 94V-0 flammability rating). The connector includes retention legs with brass material and boardlock PCB mount retention, with through-hole termination posts of 3.1 mm length and a mating post length of 3.64 mm. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +85°C, making it suitable for industrial and commercial applications requiring robust board-to-board connections with variable stacking heights.
