DESCRIPTION

The 5174339-5 is a 68-position shielded plug connector designed for vertical, through-hole mounting to a printed circuit board. It features a 1.27 mm centerline, gold flash plated phosphor bronze contacts, and a full metal shell made of zinc die-cast with nickel over copper plating for effective shielding. The connector housing is constructed from UL 94V-0 rated thermoplastic and includes boardlocks for secure PCB retention. This RoHS-compliant connector is capable of withstanding wave soldering processes up to 265°C, making it suitable for applications requiring a durable, high-density connection.
