5-1617597-3 is a high-performance, single-pole electrically held relay designed for low-signal switching applications with a maximum contact rating of 1 amp. The relay features a Form C (SPDT) contact arrangement with gold/platinum/palladium/silver alloy contacts, hermetically sealed construction, and transistor-driven circuitry with an integrated suppression diode for reliable operation. It operates over a coil voltage range of 5 to 26.5 Vdc with a maximum coil power of 512 mW at 25°C, achieving an operate time of 2.0 ms maximum and release time of 4.0 ms maximum, with contact bounce limited to 1.5 ms. The relay is qualified to MIL-R-28776/5, offers 1 million mechanical life operations, and provides excellent RF switching performance with high shock and vibration ratings (30 G's vibration, 75 G's shock).
