DESCRIPTION

The 5146895-1 is a 64-position, 1.0mm Free Height (FH) SMT receptacle connector intended for parallel board-to-board stacking. It features a high-density 1.0mm centerline pitch, phosphor bronze contacts with 30µ" gold plating, and a black liquid crystal polymer housing. This model includes locating posts and a pickup cap to ensure accurate hand or robotic placement and is used in assemblies that achieve a 13.00mm stack height. Performance characteristics include a current rating of 1.0 ampere per contact, a maximum initial contact resistance of 30 milliohms, and a durability of at least 100 mating cycles. As an IEEE 1386 compliant connector, it is well-suited for high-density packaging in mezzanine card applications.
