DESCRIPTION

50846 is a STRATO-THERM pre-insulated ring tongue terminal designed for high temperature electrical connections up to 550°F (288°C). This terminal accommodates 12-10 AWG wire sizes (5,180-13,100 circular mils) and features a 5/16 (M8) stud size with nickel-plated copper body construction per ASTM B152. The terminal features TEFLON insulation with black color coding, a tongue material thickness of 0.042 inches (1.07 mm), and maximum dimensions of W: 0.531 inches (13.49 mm), C Min: 0.437 inches (11.10 mm), E Max: 1.012 inches (25.70 mm), and L Max: 1.280 inches (32.51 mm). Ideal for aerospace, industrial, and automotive applications where extreme heat, vibration, and corrosion resistance are critical requirements.
