DESCRIPTION

The 35228K2JT is an SMD power resistor from the TE Connectivity 3522 series, designed to deliver 3 watts at 70°C in a compact 2512 package (6.35 mm × 3.20 mm × 1.10 mm). It is AEC-Q200 qualified at Grade 4, meeting automotive reliability standards with a maximum working voltage of 250 volts and 500 volt maximum overload rating. The resistor features a high-purity alumina substrate with Ni-Sn termination, available in resistance values from 1 ohm to 1 megohm with ±1% (E96) or ±5% (E24) tolerance options. Temperature coefficient of resistance ranges from ±400 PPM/°C (1O–100O) to ±100 PPM/°C (100O–10MO), and the device operates reliably across -55°C to +155°C. Supplied on 7-inch reels of 2000 pieces in tape-and-reel packaging, this resistor is ideal for high-frequency automotive applications, power management circuits, and demanding industrial environments requiring proven reliability and thermal performance.
