DESCRIPTION

The 34080 is a PIDG series standard spade terminal designed to provide reliable connections in harsh circuit environments. It accommodates a wire size range of 22-16 AWG (0.26-1.65 mm²) and fits a #6 or M3.5 stud. Constructed from tin-plated, high-conductivity copper with a nylon insulation sleeve, this terminal is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 105°C and 300V. A key feature is the metal sleeve that crimps to the wire insulation, providing enhanced support and vibration resistance. This makes the 34080 ideal for demanding applications such as panel boxes, power supplies, transportation, and aerospace equipment.
