DESCRIPTION

3-2176231-9 is an SMD power resistor from the TE Connectivity 3522 series, qualified to AEC-Q200 Grade 4 standard for automotive applications. The device delivers 3W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature with a maximum working voltage of 250V and maximum overload voltage of 500V, supporting a rated current of 2.5A and maximum overload current of 10A. It features a compact form factor with dimensions of 6.35 mm × 3.20 mm × 1.10 mm, high purity alumina substrate construction, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. The resistor is supplied on tape in reels of 2000 pieces and is suitable for high-frequency operations, automotive placement, and applications requiring small size-to-power ratio with excellent thermal performance.
