DESCRIPTION

The 2317222-6 is an AMPMODU 2 mm wire-to-board IDC receptacle platform designed for reliable and economical interconnection in miniature electronics applications. It features pre-loaded discrete wire insulation displacement contacts (IDC) that enable fast termination without wire stripping, supporting wire sizes from 30 to 26 AWG and accommodating single-row configurations with position sizes varying by latching variant. The receptacle operates at a maximum current rating of 2 A with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 650 VAC and maximum operating voltage of 125 V, maintaining performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (tin plated) or -40°C to 125°C (gold plated). The housing is constructed from high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with phosphor bronze contacts and multiple plating options (tin, 4 µ" gold flash, 15 µ" gold, or 30 µ" gold), all compliant with RoHS and REACH standards. This connector occupies 38% less space than traditional 2.54 mm centerline connectors and is ideal for industrial applications including PLC/IO devices, servo drives, industrial controls, material handling equipment, instrumentation, building and factory automation, energy storage systems, and robotics.
