DESCRIPTION

2-5120527-1 is a 64-position mezzanine plug connector assembly designed for board-to-board interconnect applications conforming to IEEE 1386 standards. This connector features a 1.0 mm centerline pitch with surface mount termination and vertical PCB mounting orientation, supporting stack heights of 10.00 mm and 13.00 mm. The contact system utilizes phosphor bronze base material with gold plating (0.76 µm) on mating areas and matte tin on termination areas, providing a rated current of 0.8 A and operating voltage of 250 VAC/VDC. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +110°C and is RoHS/ELV compliant with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Ideal for signal transmission in mezzanine board-to-board configurations, this connector offers reliable performance with PCB mount retention via locating posts.
