DESCRIPTION
2404500-1 is a calibration label kit containing 247 pre-printed removable vinyl labels designed for calibration and quality control applications. The kit includes 84 "CALIBRATION" labels (Ø 15.9 mm), 108 "CAL." labels (Ø 15.9 mm), and 55 "OUT OF CALLIB. DO NOT USE" labels (Ø 12.7 mm). The labels feature a vinyl base material with a total thickness of 0.120 mm including adhesive, and are designed to be removable while maintaining strong adhesion to various surfaces including stainless steel, glass, and aluminum. The labels pass thermal cycling tests from -50°C to 90°C and heat aging at 100°C for 168 hours, as well as resistance to solvents, oils, and various fluids. This kit is ideal for inspection, calibration, and maintenance personnel requiring durable, write-on labels for daily use in industrial environments.
