The kit contains 282 pre-printed removable labels made from vinyl base material, including 150 "TESTED" labels (50.8 × 12.7 mm), 72 "PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE" labels (50.8 × 15.9 mm), 30 "OUT OF SERVICE" labels (50.8 × 12.7 mm), and 30 "DEFECTIVE DO NOT USE" labels (50.8 × 12.7 mm). The labels feature a total thickness of 0.120 mm including adhesive and maintain legibility after 100 rubs with an eraser per SAE AS 4952, resist solvents per MIL STD 202 Method 215, and withstand exposure to isopropyl alcohol, oils, grease, diesel fuel, salt solution, and detergents. The labels demonstrate excellent adhesion to multiple surfaces with peel forces ranging from 22 N/25mm on stainless steel to 34 N/25mm on epoxy painted surfaces, and maintain performance through thermal cycling from -50°C to +90°C and heat aging at 100±2°C for 168 hours.
