DESCRIPTION

2385009-5 is a Buchanan push-in clamp PCB header connector designed for industrial control applications requiring tool-less wire insertion and termination. This 180° mounting header features a 5.08 mm pitch with 5 positions, enabling flexible integration into high-density signal and power applications. The connector is constructed with polyamide housing (UL94 V0, light green), copper alloy tin-plated terminals, and stainless steel springs, delivering robust performance across operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. With a 300 V operating voltage rating, 16 A current capacity, and 1600 VAC insulation withstand voltage, this connector is well-suited for servo drives, industrial PLC controls, safety modules, and power supply units.
