DESCRIPTION

2383942-7 is a board mount reflow terminal block designed for automated surface-mount assembly in building automation and industrial applications. It features a 3.5 mm pitch with 7 positions, 8.5 mm height, and rising clamp technology with M2 clamping screws for secure wire termination. The terminal block is reflow solder capable to 260°C, supports wire gauges from 16 to 28 AWG, and delivers a 12 A current rating at 300 V operating voltage with contact resistance below 15 mO. The high-temperature polyamide housing (UL94 V0) with nickel and tin-plated copper alloy terminals ensures reliability across the -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range. This compact, low-profile design is ideal for space-constrained applications such as HVAC systems, lighting controls, elevators, and building security systems where automated reflow soldering and high planarity are essential.
