DESCRIPTION

2376582-2 is a tab PCB terminal designed for direct solder termination to printed circuit boards. It features a 6.35 mm mating tab width with 0.8 mm thickness and accommodates a 1.5 mm PCB hole diameter on 1.6 mm recommended PCB thickness. The terminal is tin-plated with nickel underplating, providing 4 µm plating thickness on the mating area and contact termination area, with 1.3 µm underplating thickness for enhanced durability. The terminal extends 3.81 mm below the board with a profile height of 10 mm from the PCB surface and operates reliably across a temperature range of -30°C to +110°C. This component is ideal for applications requiring robust electrical connections in automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics where through-hole soldering provides mechanical strength and reliability.
