DESCRIPTION

2375269-6 is a Glow Wire test compliant Economy Power II (EP II) connector header assembly designed for wire-to-board applications in home appliances. The connector supports 2 to 12 single-row positions with a 0.156" (3.96 mm) centerline spacing and accommodates wire sizes from 0.33 to 1.33 mm² (22 to 16 AWG). It is rated for 600 VAC at 11.5 A and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The assembly features lance-less terminals with tin-plated copper alloy contacts, housing locking latches, and polarization tabs to ensure proper mating. Compliant with IEC/EN 60335-1 Glow Wire flammability requirements and UL 94 V-O material standards, this connector reduces end-product testing time and expense for appliance manufacturers requiring glow wire certification.
