DESCRIPTION

2375267-4 is an Economy Power II (EP II) Glow Wire test compliant connector header assembly designed for wire-to-board applications in home appliances. The connector features a 0.156" (3.96 mm) centerline spacing, supports 2 to 12 single row positions, and accommodates wire sizes from 0.33 to 1.33 mm² (22 to 16 AWG). It is rated for 600 VAC voltage and 11.5 A current, with an operating temperature range of -55 to 105°C. The assembly includes lance-less terminals with tin-plated copper alloy contacts, housing locking latches, and polarization tabs to ensure proper mating. Glow Wire compliance to IEC/EN 60335-1 and UL 94 V-O requirements allows users to reduce end-product testing time and expense associated with Glow Wire ignition and flammability index testing.
