DESCRIPTION

2375267-3 is a 3-position potted header assembly for the Economy Power II (EP II) connector system, designed for Glow Wire test compliant applications in home appliances. This connector features a 0.156" (3.96 mm) centerline pitch and supports wire sizes from 0.33 to 1.33 mm² (22 to 16 AWG), with a voltage rating of 600 VAC and current rating of 11.5 A. The assembly includes selective pin loading capability, allowing specific positions to be loaded or left empty as required, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The housing is constructed from Glow Wire compatible material that meets UL 94 V-O requirements and complies with IEC/EN 60335-1 standards, making it suitable for safety-critical applications where Glow Wire flammability testing is mandatory.
