DESCRIPTION

2361116-2 is a LUMAWISE Endurance N Shorting Cap designed to provide a safer, convenient, and economical method to close or open the primary circuit path across a NEMA compliant receptacle on outdoor lights. It features a current rating of 15 A max and a voltage rating of 0VAC to 480VAC, with an IP66 rating for water ingress protection in harsh outdoor environments. The shorting cap is constructed with UV stabilized material and offers IK08 high impact resistance, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. It is ANSI C136.10 compliant and UL773 listed, meeting IEC 60529 and IEC 62262 standards. Common applications include roadway lighting, street and area lighting fixtures, and commercial lighting such as parking lots and car dealerships.
