DESCRIPTION

2350514-6 is a Buchanan Push-in clamp PCB connector header designed for tool-less wire insertion of ferruled and unferruled wires, reducing installation labor time by up to 80% compared to traditional screw-clamp termination. This 6-position header features a 3.5 mm pitch with a 90° right-angle shrouded design and a dimension A of 21.60 mm, supporting wire gauges from 16 to 24 AWG. The connector operates at 150 V (UL) with an 8 A current rating, dielectric withstand voltage of 2.5 kV, and maintains insulation resistance greater than 2000 MO at 500 V DC. The housing is constructed from polyamide 66 (UL 94V-0) with brass terminals finished in lead-free tin plating, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, servo drives, PLCs, and power supply applications where compact dimensions, high density signal and power distribution, and maintenance-free connectivity are required.
