DESCRIPTION

2-32945-1 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for secure and reliable wire termination across a range of electrical applications. The terminal features red insulation color coding for easy wire size identification and is rated for 22-16 AWG wire sizes (0.5–2.65 mm²). It accommodates an M3.5 stud connection with dimensional specifications including a minimum width of 0.344 inches (8.74 mm), a minimum contact dimension of 0.218 inches (5.54 mm), and a maximum length of 0.783 inches (19.89 mm). The terminal barrel incorporates serration or dimple features that provide exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength, while the nylon or vinyl insulation delivers high dielectric strength. This terminal is suitable for control circuits, power wiring, and other applications requiring dependable solderless connections with UL, CSA, and Military approval.
