DESCRIPTION

2327435-2 is an SMB jack connector designed for wire-to-board RF applications with a locking coupling mechanism and 50 ohm impedance rated to 1 GHz. The connector features a rectangular housing constructed from PBT GF (polybutylene terephthalate glass-filled) material with a rubber seal for environmental protection, making it sealable and suitable for harsh automotive environments. The center contact is brass with gold plating and nickel underplating, while the dielectric material is liquid crystal polymer (LCP) for reliable signal transmission. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a straight body orientation and full detent mechanical attachment, this connector is ideal for automotive RF interconnects, infotainment systems, and other applications requiring robust, shielded coaxial connections with secure locking.
