DESCRIPTION

2315650-8 is an 8-position male on board SMD (surface mount) connector from TE Connectivity's Micro-MaTch Value-line Connector Family. It features a 1.27 mm (0.050 inch) centerline pitch and is designed for board-to-board interconnections with insulation displacement contacts providing gas-tight and corrosion-free connections. The connector is supplied on tape and reel for automatic pick and place assembly, reducing assembly time. This connector is suitable for applications in home automation, alarm equipment, mobile GPS devices, lighting, air and climate control units, CCTV, and electronic voting machines.
