DESCRIPTION

2312116-1 is a Nano MQS automotive housing designed for 16-position female terminals with a 12V nominal voltage rating and cable-to-board or cable-to-cable connector configurations. The housing features a rectangular shape with a 1.8 mm (0.071 in) centerline pitch, 2-row configuration, and locking lance primary locking feature for secure mating. It is constructed from PBT GF10 material in black color and operates reliably across the automotive temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The receptacle contacts are rated for a maximum current of 3 A, with 0.5 mm contact size and keyed mechanical attachment for proper alignment. This housing is ideal for automotive signal applications requiring robust, keyed connections in harsh environmental conditions, offering connector position assurance capability and compliance with EU RoHS and ELV directives.
