DESCRIPTION
2289297-5 is an M12 straight connector cable assembly designed for CANopen and DeviceNet fieldbus communication. The cable features 5 conductors with 22 AWG wire gauge (0.25 mm² data pair and 0.34 mm² power pair) in a halogen-free PUR jacket with a violet color, providing excellent oil, petrol, and chemical resistance. The M12 female straight connector housing is black with a screw locking mechanism (M12x1 zinc pressure die casting with nickel surface), rated for a maximum nominal voltage of 60V AC/DC and 4A per contact, with an IP67 protection rating. The cable operates over a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C for the connector and -30°C to +70°C for flexible applications, with a cable diameter of 6.9 mm ±5%.
