DESCRIPTION

2274867-5 is an SFP+ cage assembly with integrated connector designed for high-speed pluggable I/O applications. This stacked cage assembly features 16 ports in a 2x8 matrix configuration with 320 positions and supports data rates up to 16 Gb/s. The connector utilizes a 0.8 mm centerline pitch, nickel silver cage material, and gold or gold flash over palladium nickel contact plating with through-hole press-fit termination. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, it includes internal/external EMI springs for electromagnetic interference containment and an integrated lightpipe. This thermally enhanced SFP+ assembly is ideal for high-speed networking and data center applications requiring reliable signal transmission.
