DESCRIPTION

2271689-1 is a 6mm² screw-type terminal block with integrated ground function designed for 1-in-1-out wire connections. It features a rated voltage of 600V (UL) and an impulse withstand voltage of 8KV, compliant with IEC 60947-7-2 standards. The terminal block accommodates wire sizes from 26-8 AWG (UL) or 0.14-6mm² (IEC), with M3.5 terminal screws requiring 10-14 lbs-in (1.15-1.6Nm) torque and M4 mounting screws requiring 9-12 lbs-in (1.03-1.38Nm) torque. The housing is constructed from thermoplastic with copper alloy terminals featuring tin plating, while steel components are zinc plated. This terminal block is ideal for industrial control panels and electrical distribution applications requiring reliable grounding connections.
