DESCRIPTION

2-2381880-1 is an illuminated PBES16 series pushbutton emergency stop switch designed for ruggedized industrial applications requiring emergency stop functionality with visual indication. This switch features an incandescent lamp rated at 28V AC/DC with 40mA current consumption, providing reliable illumination in harsh environments. The switch meets IEC 60947-5-1 and IEC 60947-5-5 standards, offers IP65 protection rating, and is equipped with a 16mm mounting hole for simple installation. It delivers a high actuation force of 20N (push-lock) to prevent accidental activation, maintains mechanical life exceeding 100,000 operations and electrical life exceeding 50,000 operations, and operates reliably across temperatures from -25°C to +55°C. The switch is ideal for emergency stop applications in industrial control panels, machinery safety systems, and process automation where both functional safety and operator feedback are essential.
