DESCRIPTION

The 2-2316110-0 is a double-row crimp snap-in receptacle featuring a positive latch mechanism, designed as part of TE Connectivity's AMPMODU 2 mm interconnection system. This connector utilizes a compact 2 mm pitch design that occupies 38% less PCB space compared to traditional 2.54 mm centerline connectors, enabling greater design flexibility in space-constrained applications. The receptacle supports available positions from 6 to 32 contacts and incorporates a dual-beam contact design for enhanced signal reliability through dual points of contact. It is available with multiple plating options including 4 µm (0.1 µm), 15 µm (0.38 µm), and 30 µm (0.76 µm) gold finishes, as well as tin plating. The product is ideal for demanding applications requiring reliable board-to-board or wire-to-board connections in miniaturized electronics.
