DESCRIPTION

2215005-3 is a semi-automatic bench-top servo electric press-fit machine designed for inserting compliant pin connectors into printed circuit boards. The CBP system features a force capability of 44 kN (5 tons), accommodates PCB sizes up to 460 x 610 mm (18 x 24 in), and operates with an estimated cycle speed of 3-5 seconds per connector. It includes SensiPress technology as standard for pin defect detection, force vs. distance monitoring for quality assurance, and PC-based control with Windows operating system. The machine requires 208/240 VAC, 1 phase, 6 amps, 50/60 Hz electrical supply and 0.6 MPa (80-120 psi) dry air. Common applications include production environments requiring precise compliant pin insertion with full quality traceability and reduced operator intervention.
