DESCRIPTION

2-1879665-5 is an axial leaded precision metal film resistor from the TE Connectivity HOLCO series. This resistor features sputter-coated metal alloy films on ceramic substrates with laser spiralling to achieve close tolerance (down to 0.05%) and high stability, with TCR options as low as 5ppm/°C. The component operates over an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +155°C and features an epoxy coating for environmental and mechanical protection. Performance characteristics include insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ohms at 500V and voltage coefficient of resistance less than 5ppm/Volt. These precision resistors are commonly used in industrial and military applications where long-term stability and accuracy are critical.
