DESCRIPTION

The TLR2B10DR001FTDG is a surface-mount low-ohmic current sense resistor from TE Connectivity's TLR Series, designed for high-precision current detection in battery management and low-voltage power supply applications. This metal chip resistor features a special metal resistive element with suitable barrier layers beneath the solder to prolong terminal life, and is rated for up to 3 watts at 70°C. The device utilizes a 4-wire precision measurement pad layout (recommended for precision current sensing) with dimensions optimized for the 2010 package size, and is supplied on embossed plastic tape with MSL1 moisture sensitivity level. The TLR2B10DR001FTDG is particularly suited for automotive applications such as EMU current sensing, where accurate low-resistance measurement and thermal stability are critical requirements.
