DESCRIPTION

216000-1 is a 6-position toolless modular jack kit designed for discrete wire connections. It features 6 barrel terminals that accept one or two wires of the same size per terminal, supporting wire sizes from 0.12 mm² (26 AWG) to 0.35 mm² (22 AWG) with a maximum insulation diameter of 1.2 mm. The housing is constructed from PBT material rated UL 94HB in black color, while the barrel terminals are made of phosphor bronze with pre-tin plating and contacts feature selective gold plating over 1.25 µm nickel. The unit supports both front and back panel mounting with specified cutout dimensions. This modular jack kit is ideal for telecommunications and networking applications requiring reliable discrete wire terminations.
