DESCRIPTION

2138314-7 is a 36-position automotive connector housing designed for female terminals in wire-to-wire applications within the MCON Interconnection System. This circular, sealable housing features a mixed and hybrid connector design with 7 rows, supporting contact sizes of 1.2 mm and 2.8 mm with mating tab widths of 1.2 mm and 2.8 mm. The housing is constructed from PA 46 GF30 material with dimensions of 63.8 mm width, 54.4 mm length, and 63.8 mm height, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 130°C. Key features include keyed mating alignment, integrated primary locking, strain relief, and a 90° cable exit angle for cable mount (free-hanging) installations. This connector housing is ideal for automotive power circuit applications in 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V nominal voltage architectures.
