DESCRIPTION

2007868-2 is an IMPACT series unguided backplane header connector designed for high-density signal module applications. This 5 pair, 16 column header features 240 plated through-holes with 0.39mm ±0.05mm diameter and an open end wall signal module configuration. The housing is constructed from glass-filled LCP material rated UL94V-0, with high-performance copper alloy terminals featuring 30 µ" minimum gold plating in the contact area, selective tin on PCB tails, and nickel overall (Finish 2). Key dimensions include 28.50mm length, 24.8mm width, and 4.9mm dimension M, with a minimum board thickness requirement of 1.00mm. This connector is ideal for backplane interconnect systems requiring reliable signal transmission in telecommunications and data communication equipment.
