DESCRIPTION
The 1-2331928-5 is an AMPMODU Small Centerline connector designed for high-density interconnection in automated assembly environments. It features a 1.0 mm centerline pitch with dual-beam receptacle contact design, vertical surface-mount orientation, and double-row configuration, providing 85% space savings compared to standard 2.54 mm pitch connectors. The connector is housed in high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material with dual-entry receptacle design and supports reflow soldering up to 260°C, making it suitable for automated pick-and-place assembly with tape and reel packaging. With a maximum current rating of 1A per contact, operating voltage of 30VAC, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 300VAC, it delivers reliable signal transfer even in severe shock and vibration environments. The product is ideal for industrial controls, building automation, servo drives, PLCs, robotics, and telecommunications equipment where compact, reliable interconnection is required.
