DESCRIPTION

The 1971032-1 is a GRACE INERTIA 2.0 PCB mount header designed for wire-to-board connectivity with 10 positions arranged in a single row at 2 mm centerline spacing. The connector features a fully shrouded design with vertical orientation and is terminated through through-hole soldering to the printed circuit board. Contact specifications include tin (Sn) plating on both mating and PCB termination areas, with a maximum current rating of 2.2 A per contact and brass base material with nickel underplating. The housing is constructed from Nylon 6/6 GF with dimensions of 6 mm length, 5.6 mm width, and 6.35 mm height, operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This connector is ideal for signal applications requiring keyed mating alignment, latch retention, and locating post alignment on the PCB, making it suitable for industrial control systems, instrumentation, and embedded applications.
