DESCRIPTION
1969831-1 is an Ultra-Pod 187 straight receptacle assembly quick disconnect terminal designed for secure wire and cable connections. The terminal features a brass contact base with tin plating, a mating tab width of 4.75 mm (0.187 inch) and thickness of 0.51 mm (0.02 inch), and is compatible with 22-18 AWG wire (0.32–0.82 mm²). The receptacle assembly includes wire insulation support with a compatible insulation diameter range of 2.29–3.3 mm (0.09–0.13 inch), an open barrel F-crimp termination, and a terminal material thickness of 0.36 mm (0.014 inch). The fully insulated nylon body with normal insertion force provides reliable performance in discrete wire applications, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, and electrical equipment requiring quick-disconnect functionality.
