DESCRIPTION

1969738-3 is a vertical PCB mount header connector designed for wire-to-board power applications with 3 positions and a 5 mm centerline pitch. The connector features a fully shrouded nylon housing with silver-plated tab contacts rated for a maximum current of 16 A, providing reliable electrical connections for power distribution. The mating tabs are 0.8 mm thick and 6.3 mm wide with 2 µm silver plating, while termination is accomplished through through-hole soldering with 0.8 mm square posts. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C and compliant with UL 94V-0 flammability standards, this connector is well-suited for automotive and industrial power distribution systems requiring robust, keyed connections with polarization alignment.
