DESCRIPTION

1969730-7 is a vertical PCB mount header connector designed for wire-to-board power and signal applications with 7 positions and a 2.5 mm centerline pitch. The connector features a fully shrouded design with tin (Sn) plating on the contact mating area, providing corrosion resistance and reliable electrical contact. It utilizes through-hole solder termination with a 0.6 mm pin diameter and supports a maximum contact current rating of 4.2 A per position. The housing is constructed from glass-filled PBT material with nickel underplating on contacts, and includes boardlock retention and polarization features for secure PCB mounting. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, this connector is suitable for industrial control systems, power distribution modules, and signal routing applications requiring robust, cost-effective interconnection solutions.
