DESCRIPTION

The 170324-1 is a Mark II 187 series straight positive lock receptacle terminal. It is constructed from pre-tin brass with a stock thickness of 0.012 inches (0.30 mm) and has an overall length of 0.850 inches (21.60 mm). This terminal is engineered to fit a 0.020-inch (0.51 mm) thick tab and accommodates a wire range of 24-20 AWG with an insulation diameter between 0.060 and 0.105 inches. As a Positive Lock receptacle, it provides reduced insertion force and an audible "snap" to confirm proper mating, ensuring a secure connection that resists accidental withdrawal.
