DESCRIPTION

The 165008 is a PLASTI-GRIP standard spade terminal used for creating low-cost, insulated electrical connections. It accommodates a wire size range of 22-16 AWG (0.26 - 1.65 mm²) and is designed for an M4 or #8 stud size. The terminal is constructed from a tin-plated copper body with a PVC insulation sleeve, has an overall length of 21.11 mm, and a spade width of 7.11 mm. The wire barrel features a minimum inside diameter of 3.61 mm and serrations to ensure maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping. This UL/CSA approved terminal is suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including panel boxes, power supplies, lighting, and transportation.
