1-641437-2 is a closed-end AMP Economy Power (EP) mass termination connector designed for 22 AWG wire (0.3–0.4 mm² cross-section) in wire-to-board applications. The connector features a standard UL 94V-2 rated housing with tin-plated contacts made from high-conductivity copper alloy, providing reliable electrical performance. It delivers a voltage rating of 600 VAC, a current rating of 7 amperes maximum, and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The connector exhibits low-level contact resistance of 7 mO maximum initial and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1500 VAC for 1 minute, ensuring robust performance in industrial and commercial applications.
