DESCRIPTION

The 1622997-1 is a thick film chip resistor from TE Connectivity's CRG series, designed for industrial and general-purpose applications requiring high power density in compact form factors. The resistive element is screen-printed and fired onto a high-purity alumina substrate, then laser-trimmed to tolerance and finished with electroplated matte tin over a nickel barrier layer. The product offers a resistance value range from 1O to 10MO with ±1% tolerance, and is available in eight package sizes (0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 2010, and 2512) to accommodate various circuit requirements. The resistor features an insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with appropriate power derating above 70°C. These components are ideal for applications requiring reliable passive resistance in space-constrained designs, including consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment.
